    Transfer Credits

Download, read, complete, and submit the following transfer credit request form along with all the required attachments to have credit earned through college courses included on your MHS transcript.

Note: According to DOE academic policy you may receive high school credit for a college course (e.g. College Now) provided that "The course content does not duplicate a course for which the student has already earned credit." For example, students may not receive high school credit for a course such as "Critical Health Issues" or "American Government" as all students are programmed to take Health (in 9th grade) and Government (in 12th grade). For this reason, read the course description carefully for any college course(s) you plan to take. Please contact the MHS College Office if you have any questions. Students may pursue college credit for these classes once they graduate high school.
