    Federal and state law requires New York City Public Schools to provide families with annual notices on the protection of student rights and privacy.

  • First Day of School Checklist

    Parents/ Guardians:

    1. Help MHS secure federal funding by completing the Family Income Inquiry Form.

    • Parents can complete one Family Income Inquiry Form for all their children attending any NYC Pubic School.
    • Breakfast and lunch is currently provided free for all students and is served in the cafeteria every school day.
    • See the NYC Public Schools School Meals website for menus and more information.

    2. Complete and electronically sign the PARENTAL RELEASE FORM and STUDENT ACTIVITY & TECHNOLOGY FORM. A secure link will be sent to your Parent/ Guardian email on school record.

    3. Have your child bring in the Student Activity & Technology Fee (cash or check made out to "Millennium Tribeca High School PA"). Fees will be collected during Advisory. 

    Students:

    1. Review and discuss with your parent(s)/ guardian(s) the NYC Public Schools Discipline Code and Bill of Student Rights and Responsibilities.

    2. Obtain school supplies

    3. Bring: pen/ pencil, notebook, Student Activity & Technology Fee to submit in Advisory, your MHS ID. New students will get their ID on the first day of school.

    4. AP Students only: Bring your AP homework on the first day of school!

    5. Get a good night's rest. We are excited to see you on September 10th!
