Parents/ Guardians:
1. Help MHS secure federal funding by completing the Family Income Inquiry Form.
2. Complete and electronically sign the PARENTAL RELEASE FORM and STUDENT ACTIVITY & TECHNOLOGY FORM. A secure link will be sent to your Parent/ Guardian email on school record.
3. Have your child bring in the Student Activity & Technology Fee (cash or check made out to "Millennium Tribeca High School PA"). Fees will be collected during Advisory.
Students:
1. Review and discuss with your parent(s)/ guardian(s) the NYC Public Schools Discipline Code and Bill of Student Rights and Responsibilities.
2. Obtain school supplies.
3. Bring: pen/ pencil, notebook, Student Activity & Technology Fee to submit in Advisory, your MHS ID. New students will get their ID on the first day of school.
4. AP Students only: Bring your AP homework on the first day of school!
5. Get a good night's rest. We are excited to see you on September 10th!
